PX is exposed to various sectors by the fact it has twenty (20) active staffs covering in various location and property sectors. Based on our past records, we were involved as marketeers in several projects in the Klang Valley such as, the Office suites in Plaza Sentral (RM80 million in concluded contract value), the Office Suites in Menara UOA Bangsar (RM55 million in concluded value), a housing project in Kuala Selangor known as Taman K Selangor Jaya (RM15 million in contract value), bungalow lots in Saujana Resort (RM20 million in concluded contract value) and the latest being, Taman Murni, a housing project in Jalan Kebun, Shah Alam with a contract value of RM24.0 million. In addition, we had also in the past participated in auctions and tenders and coordinated in several land transactions both in East and West Malaysia.

 Commercial and Office Space in KL PX’s marketing strength lies with the enormous network of business partners and investors (Local and Foreign). Business partners mean those who are in the same or related industry such as, Real Estate Agencies, Appraisers & Valuers, Bankers and Solicitors. However, PX main focus will be towards personal contacts of those who have been identified as potential customers from our database of both investors and end-users which ranges from middle income to high network customers. In terms of numbers, it is well exceeding 10,000 in members. In recent months, PX has also received interest in Malaysian properties from abroad, surprisingly from countries such as, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Iran. From our records, a total sale of RM40 million has been transacted and more is expected as we move towards 2013.
